Here are the most frequently asked questions I receive:

  • I work best with thoughtful, high-functioning people who seem fine on the outside but privately feel stuck. This might be with burnout, self-esteem, negative repeating patterns, and/or a growing sense that the life they’re living no longer fits.

  • People come with many different presenting issues: career dissatisfaction, self-doubt, relationship problems, emotional numbness, and loss of direction/looking for the next chapter, to name a few. Often the presenting issue is real, but not the whole story. Part of the work is understanding and addressing what may be happening beneath the surface.

  • Therapists focus on mental health and emotional healing. Coaching focuses more on gaining clarity, then using that clarity to set and achieve the right goals. Therapists tend to focus on the past, while coaches focus on the present and future. Therapy and coaching can often complement and build on each other.

  • Start with a discovery call. Duing this session, we see if we might be a good fit to work together, and if so, what this work would look like and focus on.

  • This is a structured, in-depth conversation designed to help you step back and take a brutually honest look in the mirror. The result is a clearer view of what is really happening, what is keeping you stuck or unfulfilled, and what the best next steps might be.
